Thoughts!
I can't get to sleep. My head feels like it's been sliced and my stomach has been aching since yesterday. Woohoo~
Oh Lord, My mind isn't thinking about all these ironically. It's just that a man can't really ignore his own body's pain(i'm sure all of us can identify with this.). I'm quite sure u can't think of your pet cat when i stab a knife through ur thigh yes?
Yes. My mind's a little weird now. I'm not finding solutions to my pain but i'm praying and pondering over some matters. Not in order of merit or preference:
1) TNG - Lord, remove the apathy through us. Bring forth Your creativity and diversity! Help us to connect with the youths and bring us back to our knees. We have taken Your work on the cross too lightly! Present Yourself faithful and conspicuous amidst the youth of this generation Lord! "Remember your creator in the days of your youth!"
2) Jeffrey - Lord, be with him always. His job alone is not easy. Not mentioning his life. Uphold him with Your generous Spirit and may he be what you want him to be every single minute of his life. Blessings upon blessings, anointing upon anointing. Everything falls and rises on leadership and he is one such leader.
3) Tricia Wong - Lord, grant her the stamina and speed to complete her 2.4km in good timing. Also, that she will not feel faint thereafter. Give her wisdom and understanding in her work and her walk with you. Especially for her papers on Wed and 22nd! And for her to totally enjoy the 23rd and her new found interest in drums!
4) Tang Jiawei - Father, he is enlisting today at 1130 hrs at Tekong. May all the bad influences breeze him by and let him focus on how to be a great light to all in camp! May you also grant him favour in the presence and sight of his superiors! He called me yesterday and asked me to pray for him and Lord, i felt so strongly that i have something to work on in his life. Please please make it clear to me.
5) JF - Many things to pray for you... I can't type them here
6) Melissa Chen - A messenger in times of confusion. I thank you for sending her to me but Lord, as great as we might have become, we are clay. Restore to her the joy of Your salvation. Grant her the bold confidence to stomp out all that she has to!
7) Mum & Dad - Heal their joints and legs oh Lord! Bless them with finances amidst the trials that come our family's way! Give them oil in their lamps and keep them burning! Let the dreams never cease to appear in their sleep and grant them the wisdom to understand Your ways. For Your ways are above our ways and Your thoughts are above our thoughts!
8) W&M and Productions - Give us a clear direction oh Lord. That's all i ask. For you know that once it's given. We're willing to run for it! Little words speak volumes.
9) Communications - If the head himself is a poor communicator, what more the underlings? Strengthen me and gird me, mould me and help me. Let this ministry grow and flourish Lord! We know we need this up and going and it can't get up and going without Your guidance! Save us O Lord!
10) BB & GB - Lay upon my heart, the things that are upon Yours. I choose to lay down all my rights and let You decide what i ought to be pouring out into this.
11) Cell - The time has come for me to lay it down. I know the attachment's there and a great foundational work has been done. A season and a time, a wisdom and a blink of an eye. Arumugamuthuparapap. You will never leave my heart. Bless Royston richly as he undertakes my cell Lord. He is in for some resistance too as my cell is not very comfortable with him but Lord, a season and a time. Changes that are good have to take place in order for a greater work to be done. Bless him richly as You guide him.
12) Joel Yap - You know his heart. You know that he's changing and gearing up for the next lap. Bless Him Father. He has such a great heart. I know he will be a great counsellor in future. But, for now, he has to experience all that his counsel is worth next time. Strength, fortitude, tenacity and resilience be with him always!
12) Gerald Ang - I felt it as i prayed for him during altar call in chc. What work do i have to see done in him Lord? Will You show it to me as clearly as you know my heart desires? I've cried for him and i seldom do unless a death or heartache occurs.
13) Dwight my son - May His Word dwell richly in your heart and in turn, transform you as it first renews your mind! U will never know how much u matter as i do not express these words very openly. I love you Dwight, in a way a brother does to the extent that he's willing to burn for your very growth. Let's start tt venture together!
14) Elizabeth my daughter - I may seem cold to you yet i know that sometimes, it is that front that i have to present to you in order that you may grow. It takes time to root and you're quite impressionable. May the Lord root you in the fundamentals and bring you back as a formidable voice that represents all that humanity is missing out on by giving the Name, Jesus, a miss.
15) PLMGSS - What can i do there that will not cause me to be stalked, prank-called and hated and yet plant a seed so rich, the dividends (though i may not see it or live to see it) yield manifold its expected value.
16) James - Bring my distant cousin to you O Lord. Draw him to you. I've managed to connect with him and he came looking for me during service on Sunday. Help me with strength and restoration, resolution and administrative ability to NEVER miss an opportunity to connect with him again.
17) Aunty Julia - For all that aches within, He will bring forth healing. For all that's promised, Our God will fulfill them. He is not a man, He cannot lie. Believe in Him again my Aunty. He can do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can think of or imagine. Just ponder upon that!
18) Amos my mentoree - I may seem stern and unfeeling at times but that's not what the heart's saying. You're the seed of many things to come. Unpolished but aren't we all getting polished and perfected till the day He comes? I'm glad you're dwelling richly in the Word cause not many youths are doing so and more so, at ur age! Show him how to live oh Lord! Teach him how to pray! May all he does and say, please U Lord!
19) Aaron my mentoree - I worry for you at times or in fact, at all times cause you're not yet stable in your ways and your physical being is not in the greens. May the Lord use the NS to open your heart in more ways than one and may you present yourself peeled and unguarded in time to come! Slow bloomers aren't lousy. They are just given more time to become greater~ In a marathon, staying behind and pacing the runner in front of you is meant for the very reason that you will at the ripe time, overtake him.
20) Joee Wong - I have yet to say this but you know what, you're the fastest growing seed i've ever planted. Do you know how much u have grown since last year? Do you know that what you've overcome is far greater than most i've ever seen? Do you know i love you a lot as a father? Your worries worry me, your joy hastens my heartbeat. Your achievement builds my honour.
21) Clement Sim - What can i say? You know what you've gone through and what many many more things u have to go through. God is watching you closely oh bright shining star!
22) Nigel Goh - The only person after Jeffrey in my life who's close enough to judge and does not judge me. I love you and i know u love me too. May our sessions continue to groom each other to a place of heightened awareness of the presence of God and a comfortable zone of musicality!
23) Caitlin - HongKong! I don't know what reality that means to you. I'm quite sure that was given to me. May He grant you all that's required of you in this commitment. Remember what i've told you in Real camp. Never forget what He can accomplish through you.
24) Nicole Seah my sister - You've found yourself a job! May God also find you my brother-in-law! I'm awaiting the time we can sing together once again. Our voices harmonize so well i can find no other! You have cared for me my entire life. I have brought u both grief and joy. I will never forget the times we've hugged and cried together or shopped till we dropped together.
25) Mildred - I CAN HARDLY SEE NOR HEAR YOU AND I WONDER WHY! Nevertheless, the Lord has placed you in my heart for a reason. Brace up for the future no matter how tough it seems! We are always behind you in everything that you do!
26) Drums - Oh Lord, i've promised to practice and i have not seen it come to pass. Grant me discipline and time management to practice and excel in what i've been given. Let me not slack in my very own values and principles!
27) Bed - Bestow me the joy of sleep now Lord as i attempt once again to overcome my own bodily problems...
